5 days into the new year and have I given up?......oh no not me!
My fitness plan consists of at least 3 runs a week, with a healthy eating plan that includes avoiding all the goodies left over from Christmas. What I intend on doing is posting an update every Monday that will let you how I'm doing, what has happened the week before and most important of all, how much weight I've lost!
Thanks for the support to date......my fitness regime is still on track.

We got our broadband access today so we can now view your blog! Good luck on your running campaign. I am up there with you as I have gone for 2 runs already this year as I am getting fit for Smowboarding
I look forward to today's entry. And how much not eating all the leftovers has made you gain or do I mean lose? Really just a lousy excuse to get out of eating those bits that go on forever!
