So not wanting to put all my marathon training to waste I go in search of my next challenge and find my old adversary "The Colworth Marathon Challenge!" . This will be my third year for this event and I have set myself a target of completing the race in 3 hours 45 minutes, an achieveable task based on my previous performance. I think this will be interesting challenge as each day I can determine how well I need to perform for the next, do I have time in the bank or must I make up for lost time.
Roll on June 22nd, my desire to hit my target awaits so let the training begin!
