Emergency posting.....I've now learnt how to read my scales

Oh no! I've just realised that I've been reading my scales wrong and must now update you all on my correct weight loss (don't ask me how I was reading it wrong, maybe the running is making me light headed and in the excitement of my training regime I've lost all sense of reality).

OK......my start weight was correct 84.5kg (13.3st).
My new weight after the first week should have been 84.4kg, a substantial weight loss of 0.1kg (0.2lbs)........this is a better reflection of what I thought my weight would register as my dietary habits were a little less than perfect.

So my target weight loss after week 2 remains at 1.4kg (3lbs) taking me from 84.4kg to 83kg.

Sorry for misleading you all, but keep the encouragement coming in....I'm going to need it.

Had it been a computer I'm sure you would have read it right the first time. But you're getting there. And I know this is hugely competitive between you and the beloved.
Encouragement? What encouragement we all just like a scrap.
