My secret can now hit the headlines, I have been successful in getting down to the last 20 contestants that have entered the Runners World / Asics 26.2 Target Challenge......X Factor eat your heart out!

What I'm trying to win is a place in the final 5 runners who will train and compete in the Paris Marathon 2012 and along the way input into the Runners World forum so that others can share the experience and training advice to achieve their own goals.

My goal is to run a sub 4:00 hour marathon and achieve that euphoria that I've always felt was missing from completing the Brathay Windermere marathon.
