As 2012 comes to a close and my motivation is dwindling, I have to ask what can I do to pick myself up and keep me focussed on staying fit and preparing for the events of 2013. Will Christmas see the blob that was the OnlyRunner return....the scale reading looks very familiar, a bit reminiscent of the early days before I started my whole fitness / lose weight campaign.
Taking delivery of my new Milton Keynes 2013 Marathon running shirt has helped and was donned for my run around Olney and Emberton Park. Will my saving grace be winning one of the Project 26.2, Mens Running competition places which I have entered to focus on achieving a sub 4 hour marathon?
