A mid week update with great applause and fanfare......I've done it, I've reached my target weight of 12.5 stone.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, I'm not one for speeches but I'd like to accept this award.......ooops sorry, I forgot where I was for a moment.
My official weigh in this morning read 79.3kg (12.5st) which since my last reported weigh in on 5th February means that I've lost a total of 1.9kg (4.2lbs).
So what next......I'm still weight watching but in honour of my achievement I will be celebrating by attending a black tie event at Waddesdon Manor where my 4 course dinner will be accompanied by a fine selection of Willie Opitz Austrian wine.....click here to take a look at the menu.

although I only met you last night at the Waddesdon event, I remarked to my wife how slim you looked and that you must be an athlete.
It was lovely to meet you and good luck with the rest of your fitness programme.
