Core Strength Training...say hello to Vibro!

So as part of my marathon training I have signed up for Vibro sessions with Good Vibrations in Olney;


I'm not new to vibration training, although the last time I went was in 2008. Unlimited use for the month means that I'm looking to fit in 3 sessions per week. I definitely think this is a good decision as I will get a thorough workout in minimal time and at present I've totally neglected any core work.

Took my daughter with me for my first session today, she took great pleasure in taking photo's of my Beyonce impersonation, maybe I can't dance but hey I can shake my booty...with assistance!
